Some HSA/FSA cards only work with specific types of merchant accounts. If your card is declined at checkout, don’t worry—you still have options:

• Try again using the Truemed payment option, not the regular card section.

• If it still doesn’t work, you can pay with a personal card and submit a reimbursement claim using your Truemed confirmation.
