To use Truemed, you’ll need to checkout as a guest. If you’re signed in to Shop Pay, the option won’t appear.

Make sure you are not logged in with Shop Pay. Instead, choose guest checkout and select "Truemed – Pay with HSA/FSA" as your payment method. You’ll then be guided through a quick eligibility survey.
