Some cards don’t work with all merchants. If your HSA/FSA card is declined:

• Check that you selected Truemed – Pay with HSA/FSA at checkout.

• If it still doesn’t work, complete your purchase with another card and submit for reimbursement through your HSA/FSA provider using your Truemed documentation.
