In some cases, we can make updates to your order before it ships. If you need to make a change to your shipping address or order details, please contact us immediately using our Contact Form.

Once your package has shipped or reached the final stage of fulfillment, we’re unable to modify the order including shipping address or delivery method. You may try reaching out to the carrier directly, but changes are not always possible at that stage.

If your package is returned to us due to a shipping issue, please contact our team at [email protected] and we’ll help arrange a reshipment.
