Standard Shipping – United States

Free shipping nationwide on all U.S. orders. We ship using trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and regional partners to ensure reliable, trackable delivery.

  • Processing Time: Typically within 1–3 business days
  • Estimated Delivery: 10–15 business days
  • Tracking: You’ll receive real-time updates via email once your order ships

International Shipping

We proudly serve customers in Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Australia, and other select regions.

  • Shipping Fee: A shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your location and the product size/weight.
  • Duties & Taxes: Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply depending on your country and are not included in our shipping rate.

Inventory & Backorders

Due to strong demand — especially for our Assist+, ProLyft, and MaxHaul series — some units may be temporarily out of stock.

  • You may still place an order to reserve your unit in the next available shipment.
  • Orders are fulfilled in the order received.
  • Restocks typically ship within 10–15 business days of your purchase.
