We understand — purchasing mobility equipment is a big decision. At TreadLyft, we’re here to support you before, during, and after your order. If your product isn’t the right fit, we’ll help make it right.

Try It Risk-Free: 7-Day Full Refund

If your order doesn’t work out, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund — no restocking fees, no hassle.

To qualify:

  • The item must be in unused, like-new condition
  • Must include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals
  • Must be shipped by Day 8 after delivery

Note: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. You can ship it yourself, or request a prepaid return label — we’ll deduct the label cost from your refund.

Extended Returns: Days 8–30

Still deciding? No problem — we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused and undamaged
  • Must be in original packaging with all components included
  • Must be shipped by Day 30

Return shipping remains the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Double-check your shipping address at checkout. TreadLyft is not responsible for delivery issues or delays caused by incorrect information.
  • Refused or undeliverable orders may be subject to both shipping charges and restocking fees.
  • Returns must include all original packaging. Items missing boxes or parts may not be accepted, or may incur additional fees.
  • Final Sale Items: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on refurbished products, batteries, or chargers.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our team at [email protected] to request a return.
  2. Get Approved: We'll issue your Return Authorization and provide packing/shipping instructions.
  3. Ship It: Use any trackable carrier, or ask for a prepaid return label (cost deducted from refund).
  4. Get Refunded: Once inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 3–5 business days.
