If your order doesn’t work out, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund — no restocking fees, no hassle.
To qualify:
- The item must be in unused, like-new condition
- Must include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals
- Must be shipped by Day 8 after delivery
Note: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. You can ship it yourself, or request a prepaid return label — we’ll deduct the label cost from your refund.
Extended Returns: Days 8–30
Still deciding? No problem — we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies.
Eligibility:
- Item must be unused and undamaged
- Must be in original packaging with all components included
- Must be shipped by Day 30
Return shipping remains the responsibility of the buyer.

- Refused or undeliverable orders may be subject to both shipping charges and restocking fees.
- Returns must include all original packaging. Items missing boxes or parts may not be accepted, or may incur additional fees.
- Final Sale Items: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on refurbished products, batteries, or chargers.
How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: Email our team at [email protected] to request a return.
- Get Approved: We'll issue your Return Authorization and provide packing/shipping instructions.
- Ship It: Use any trackable carrier, or ask for a prepaid return label (cost deducted from refund).
- Get Refunded: Once inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 3–5 business days.
